Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Chief Community Engagement Officer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our community of job seekers and hiring managers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Growing the Candidate Community: Develop and execute innovative strategies to engage and support job seekers throughout their journey.
  • Delighting Hiring Managers: Own the experience of our VIP cohort of hiring managers, providing them with curated events and bespoke experiences that exceed their expectations.
  • Building Partnerships and Campus Ecosystems: Identify and nurture strategic partnerships with universities, faculties, societies, and professional associations to drive growth and engagement.
Requirements:
  • 1–4+ years of experience in community management, campus programs, or partnerships, preferably within the startup/tech ecosystem.
  • A natural connector and event runner, comfortable hosting both small VIP dinners and large campus workshops.
  • A crisp and human copywriter who can craft compelling content for various channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram/TikTok, email, and Discord/Slack.
  • Organized and outcome-driven, with expertise in calendar management, run-of-show execution, stakeholder communication, and post-event follow-through.
  • Able to make data-driven decisions, comfortable with simple dashboards, and skilled at turning insights into experiments.
  • Passionate about empowering others, including ambassadors, creators, and society leaders, to ensure program scalability.
