Lead Customer Engagement Strategist

About the Role:

We're seeking a strategic leader with a passion for customer service and drive for building deep relationships. As Lead Customer Engagement Strategist, you'll lead planning and engagement processes for key customers within our Commercial Underwriting portfolio.

You'll design and implement customer journeys for Mid Corp clients and brokers, maximizing touchpoints and creating a robust customer engagement platform. Develop individual customer plans to establish sustainable business connections and growth opportunities.

Key aspects of the role:

  • Designing customer journeys to enhance customer experience
  • Developing and managing a customer engagement platform
  • Crafting customer plans for sustainable business growth
  • Managing business proposal development and tender responses
  • Partnering with claims to create a 'go-to-market' proposition
  • Collaborating with global colleagues to implement best practices in customer engagement

Requirements:

  • Tertiary degree in business or relevant discipline
  • Strong knowledge of underwriting and general insurance industry
  • Extensive experience in developing business strategies aligned with organizational vision and purpose
  • Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders, external partners, and suppliers
  • Executive presence and leadership skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen and market insights
