Create an inclusive and engaging learning environment that empowers every student to succeed.
As a Classroom Support Assistant, you'll work collaboratively with teachers to provide high-quality education tailored to the individual needs of each learner. Using evidence-based strategies, you'll help foster student growth, build confidence, and promote equity in the classroom.
You'll be part of a dynamic school community, working alongside passionate educators and supportive families to ensure every student feels valued and empowered to achieve their full potential.
With access to regular professional development, you'll continue to grow in your role, develop your skills, and contribute meaningfully to student achievement.
Key Responsibilities:- Support high-quality education tailored to the individual needs of each learner.
- Help foster student growth, build confidence, and promote equity in the classroom.
- Work closely with teachers to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
- Completion of Certificate III in School-Based Education Support.
- Currently studying Initial Teacher Education.
- Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration.
- 24 weeks of paid parental leave (maternity/adoption).
- Up to 14 weeks of paid parental leave (paternity/non-initial primary carer leave).
