**Job Title:** Territory ManagerAs a Territory Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and growing our established territory. Your primary focus will be on the East and South Melbourne area, with a strong emphasis on the Monash network and key cardiology hubs.The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical knowledge of cardiovascular health and procedures. You will provide product education, training, and in-field support to clinical teams, ensuring effective product usage and driving positive patient outcomes.We are seeking a commercially savvy and relationship-driven professional with experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales, ideally within cardiology or a related clinical area.The successful candidate will have an established network within the Victorian cardiology community and be comfortable working in both hospital and private practice settings.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the East & South Melbourne territory, with a particular focus on the Monash network and key cardiology hubs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with cardiologists and supporting staff.
  • Provide product education, training, and in-service support to clinical teams.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive territory growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, clinical support, and national sales.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated success in medical device or pharmaceutical sales, ideally within cardiology or a related clinical area.
  • Strong clinical knowledge of cardiovascular health and procedures.
  • An established network within the Victorian cardiology community is highly regarded.
  • Proven experience in territory development and stakeholder engagement.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or a related field.
  • Comfortable working in both hospital and private practice settings.
