Overview

Join Our Dynamic New National Sales Team at FarmaForce. This is a fixed-term contract based across Melbourne Central. We are building a passionate and ambitious national sales team across Australia and are looking for driven, collaborative individuals to make an impact in pharmaceutical sales.

Role: Medical Sales Representative. You will drive sales, build relationships with medical professionals, and promote ophthalmic products to support patient outcomes and our company mission.

Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with medical professionals in your assigned territory.
  • Present and detail ophthalmic products to healthcare professionals, demonstrating in-depth product knowledge and clinical benefits.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve territory sales objectives.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand market presence.
  • Provide educational support and training to healthcare providers to ensure optimal product understanding and utilization.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and clinical advancements within the ophthalmology field.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and medical affairs, to align strategies and share market insights.
  • Maintain compliance with Medicines Australia guidelines and internal company policies.
  • Accurately document and report sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.
Skills & Experience
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as a sales representative or in a related sales role.
  • Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales or related medical fields is highly regarded.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Full Australian working rights and reliable vehicle with 5-star ANCAP safety rating.
