We are seeking a talented Business Development Manager - Orthopedics to join our team in Brisbane, Australia. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the PRECICE Nail Portfolio, developing strategic plans, and implementing actions to achieve optimal results.
Your primary focus will be on driving adoption and market penetration of Globus' orthopedic solutions, including innovative and disruptive technologies for trauma and limb reconstruction. To achieve success, you will need to develop strong relationships with orthopedic surgeons, hospitals, and clinical staff, and deliver value through clinical expertise.
You will also be responsible for executing a territory sales strategy, including developing an annual business plan with quarterly updates. Regularly, you will provide market insights and competitive intelligence to the Globus Medical leadership team.
