Job Description

About the Role:

As a Hospitality Assistant, you will be part of our dedicated team providing exceptional support to our residents in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for delivering effective support to the hospitality function within the care home, including catering, cleaning, and laundry.

Utilizing your excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you will provide an empathetic and personal approach to our residents, ensuring their needs are met with a high level of care and respect.

Responsibilities include maintaining legislated workplace health and safety, quality, and hygiene standards, completing required documentation and reporting, responding to residents' queries and requests, and undertaking various duties such as laundry, catering, and cleaning.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will possess previous experience in catering, food service, or cleaning, although not essential. A flexible availability for a variety of shifts throughout the week is also desirable. Additionally, you will have an understanding of work health, safety, and hygiene practices and the ability to work unsupervised.
