Quality Lifestyle Support is seeking a passionate and dedicated Lifestyle Support Worker to join our team in Toowoomba, QLD. As a Lifestyle Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals with disabilities by providing personalised support and enabling them to live as independently as possible. This is a casual role, offering flexibility to fit around your lifestyle.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist clients with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks
  • Facilitate engaging and meaningful community participation, social activities, and recreational pursuits
  • Provide a high level of personalised care and support tailored to each client's unique needs and preferences
  • Advocate for client rights and ensure their wellbeing and safety
  • Maintain detailed client records and documentation

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a similar role supporting individuals with disabilities or in the aged care sector
  • A genuine passion for making a positive difference in the lives of others
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Working with Children's Check (Blue Card) (ability to obtain)
  • Disability Services Positive Exemption Card (yellow card) (ability to obtain)
  • First aid certification (ability to obtain)
  • NDIS required training Modules  Free and Easy to obtain.
  • Own vehicle with comprehensive car insurance
  • Smart Phone
