The Role
We have an exciting permanent full-time opportunity available to join our Educational Quality team. As a Senior Advisor, Educator Capability (Educational Technology), you will lead initiatives that promote the use of educational technologies, mentor educators in virtual andragogy, and contribute to the design and delivery of digitally enabled learning programs. You will foster a culture of innovation and excellence in technology-enhanced learning, teaching and assessment practices.

This position reports to the Principal Advisor, Educator Capability.


Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require:
  • Proven ability to lead and deliver digital transformation initiatives in teaching and learning
  • Experience in designing and evaluating technology-enhanced learning programs and resources
  • Strong understanding of current trends in online education, instructional design, and digital assessment strategies
  • High level communication, consultation and influencing skills
