Job Description
Our client are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Logistics & Supply Chain Manager
to lead and optimize their supply chain operations.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain Management
: Oversee the end-to-end flow of goods, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Inventory Management
: Maintain optimal stock levels and prevent shortages or excess inventory.
Transportation Coordination
: Manage transport methods, routes, and schedules for timely deliveries.
Warehouse Operations
: Supervise storage, organization, and inventory control.
Supplier Relations
: Build and maintain strong partnerships with suppliers to ensure timely material delivery.
Performance Monitoring
: Track KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Team Leadership
: Lead and support logistics staff to ensure smooth operations.
Budget Oversight
: Manage logistics budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Compliance Management
: Ensure products meet local and global compliance standards.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate for the Logistics & Supply Chain Manager position should be based in Brisbane and come with clear and proven experience of high-level delivery in a similar role.
