Mental Health Team Leadership Role

This leadership position oversees a multidisciplinary team, providing clinical supervision and operational management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead meetings on suicide risk and complex prisoner needs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop partnerships that contribute to operational and clinical outcomes
  • Demonstrate advanced clinical skills in the provision of clinical care
  • Utilize frameworks to guide professional judgment, problem solve and manage complex situations

In this unique operating environment, you and your team will receive support for professional development and supervision. You will contribute to ongoing operational service integrity by providing clinical supervision and leadership to the team on their delivery of assessments, as well as group and individual interventions.

By leveraging your clinical leadership, consultation, and expertise in planning for clinical services, you will ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centered care.

As a Mental Health Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a diverse range of tasks, including:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve mental health outcomes
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
  • Managing budgets and resources to optimize team performance
