The Data Insights Specialist will play a crucial role in analyzing data to drive business decisions, solve complex problems, and create value across the organization.
This role will see you working closely with stakeholders to maximize the data value proposition and deliver on our business strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze data and metrics to gain insights into user behavior, product performance, and market trends.
- Generate insights by synthesizing data and research findings into actionable recommendations that inform business strategy and decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, marketing, and customer support, to ensure alignment and effective communication on outcomes and deliverables.
- Engage and present to stakeholders at various levels to understand their data needs, communicate analytical findings, and influence strategy and decision making.
- Provide insights on competitor products, strategies, and best practices to inform business positioning and differentiation.
Experience in the finance sector and specifically the broking industry is highly beneficial.
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI).
Experience with data manipulation, statistical analysis, and interpreting complex data sets is essential.
Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, is essential.
Experience in managing product backlogs, conducting sprint planning, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment is highly valued.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Effective stakeholder management is critical.
