Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams on-site
  • Ensure all projects adhere to relevant building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Identify and resolve any issues or problems that arise on-site in a timely manner
  • Monitor and report on project progress, budgets, and timelines
  • Provide guidance, support, and training to the construction team
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Supervisor or in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building regulations
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting design plans and specifications
  • Proven track record of successfully completing construction projects
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications in building, carpentry, or a related field
