We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction sites and ensure successful project delivery.

About the Role- Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to deliver high-quality results

- Ensure compliance with safety protocols to safeguard team members and stakeholders
- Must-Haves:
- 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in construction management
- Proven track record of successful project delivery, demonstrating expertise in planning, execution, and monitoring
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams towards shared goals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities
