As a transport safety professional, you will play a key role in driving improvements in our Pacific operations.

The Role:

This standalone position focuses on ensuring safe and compliant transport activities while supporting teams to deliver best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement transport safety frameworks across multiple sites and regions.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections, follow up on findings, and embed practical solutions.
  • Support road safety initiatives with internal teams and external transport providers.
  • Plan and deliver training programs that enhance capability and awareness in transport safety.
  • Oversee risk assessments and put in place effective controls to reduce hazards.
  • Serve as the primary contact point during transport incidents and lead investigations when needed.
  • Collaborate with providers and customers to ensure expectations are clear and compliance is maintained.
Requirements:
  • A strong background in transport, logistics, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with health, safety, environmental, or quality systems.
  • Experience in managing risks and applying transport legislation.
  • Knowledge of incident investigation and root cause analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and gain buy-in.
  • High attention to detail and confident reporting skills.
  • A results-driven mindset focused on making practical improvements.

This is a mid-senior level, full-time position within our Supply Chain department, located in Melbourne, Victoria.
