We are seeking a highly skilled Building Design Expert to join our Sales team. In this rewarding role, you will provide an exceptional customer experience to clients throughout their journey purchasing a new home.
About the Opportunity- Engage with prospective customers at our display homes
- Qualify customers and progress them through a defined path specific to their budget, design & lifestyle requirements
- Support customers through the sales cycle from initial quote, presenting tenders to variations
The ideal candidate will share a passion for delivering outstanding results and be aligned to our core values; better together, be accountable, people matter and think bigger. They will have:
- Experience working in a similar role – preferably within new home sales
- Strong sales background with high ambition to achieve results
- An outgoing personality with the ability to be engaging – people want to talk to you
- Great communication skills, both verbal and written
