Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Structural Design Professional to join our team in Brisbane. As an Intermediate-level Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality and innovative structural designs and documentation for building structures with medium to large complexity.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Delivering high-quality and innovative structural designs and documentation for building structures with medium to large complexity.
  • Running projects from concept design to construction within budget and delivery timeframe, with support from experienced and collaborative engineering teams.
  • Assisting in client management with existing clients and other relevant project stakeholders across multiple disciplines.
  • Developing junior engineers within the team in alignment with company goals, procedures, and strategy.
Requirements:
  • A minimum qualification of Bachelor Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a recognised tertiary institution.
  • 1-3 years post-grad experience in residential or building industry.
  • Experience in the design of residential low-rise structural buildings.
  • Proficient in the use of engineering design software tools such as ClearCalcs, Space Gass, Toolkit, Inducta, and RAPT.
  • An ability to build rapport with clients and project stakeholders.
