We are seeking a highly skilled Consumer Engagement Consultant to join our dynamic team. The role involves maintaining positive interactions, supporting brand strategy, and contributing to promotional and packaging initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to consumer inquiries and complaints via multiple channels.
  • Maintain a high level of service quality, adhering to complaint handling procedures and escalating safety concerns appropriately.
  • Engage with consumers on social media platforms, promoting the brand and products.
  • Act as a brand liaison, leading monthly meetings and preparing data reviews to inform business decisions.
  • Support promotional fulfilment and retail complaint resolution, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
  • Contribute to FAQs, DSL drafts, product packaging reviews, and adhoc reporting, providing valuable insights to drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service role, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new software applications quickly.
  • Service-oriented mindset with a team player attitude, able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organisational and reporting skills, with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
