Job Description

The Community Care Unit at Bundaberg Hospital is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join their team. As a key member of the multidisciplinary team, you will provide specialized support, develop care plans, and promote recovery and wellbeing for patients facing mental health challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical and patient-centred care within the Community Care Unit
  • Support the facilitation and provision of quality and cost-effective nursing services
  • Actively participate in and support education, management, and portfolio functions within the unit
  • Utilise data and information to ensure the service is organised for safety
Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) qualification
  • Experience working in mental health settings
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
