
Mental Health Nursing Specialist

The Community Care Unit at Bundaberg Hospital is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join their team. As a key member of the multidisciplinary team, you will provide specialized support, develop care plans, and promote recovery and wellbeing for patients facing mental health challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical and patient-centred care within the Community Care Unit
- Support the facilitation and provision of quality and cost-effective nursing services
- Actively participate in and support education, management, and portfolio functions within the unit
- Utilise data and information to ensure the service is organised for safety
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) qualification
- Experience working in mental health settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
