About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Continuing Care Team at Bundaberg Hospital. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide nursing care and support to individuals experiencing mental health challenges.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical and patient-centred care within an integrated mental health service environment.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to promote recovery, resilience, and wellbeing in the community.
  • Support the facilitation and provision of quality and cost-effective nursing services consistent with contemporary standards and evidence-informed practice.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Relevant experience working in a mental health setting, preferably in a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with consumers, carers, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands.

What We Offer

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive remuneration package, including salary between $82,753 - $106,144 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%), and annual leave loading (17.5%).
