Inventory Management Director

We are seeking a seasoned Inventory Management Director to lead our inventory management and reporting efforts. This role plays a crucial part in fostering collaboration, mentoring, and technical development within the materials management team.
Main Responsibilities:- Process Excellence: Ensure all project management procedures are meticulously documented and regularly updated to reflect best practices.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data to uncover significant trends and actionable insights that drive business decisions.
- System Integration: Lead the rollout of new software systems, ensuring smooth integration and adoption by the team, resulting in enhanced efficiency and productivity.
- Team Development: Actively assist and motivate team members to reach their project goals, promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Operational Efficiency: Continuously evaluate and refine operational processes to enhance overall efficiency.
- A tertiary qualification in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Certification in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) would be beneficial.
- Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing SAP ERP systems for effective inventory management and data analysis is essential.
- Extensive experience with IBM's Maximo MRO Inventory Optimization tools or comparable inventory optimization applications is required.
