Event Marketing Director Role OverviewWe are seeking an accomplished Event Marketing Director to spearhead the development and execution of our regional event strategy. This role will be responsible for creating engaging physical and digital experiences that drive business outcomes.Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement a comprehensive event marketing plan aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop and execute innovative event concepts, leveraging industry trends and best practices.
  • Leverage cross-functional teams to orchestrate customer marketing programs, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact.
  • Drive data-driven decision making through the analysis of campaign performance metrics.
  • Maintain and grow our marketing database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo excel in this role, you will need:
  • A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in regional marketing, preferably with a demand generation background.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage small teams, fostering collaboration and driving results.
  • Expertise in all forms of digital, event, account-based or content marketing, with a focus on pragmatic delivery.
  • Strong strategic thinking, with excellent collaboration and influencing skills.
  • Ability to travel internationally, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
