Radiographer - Imaging Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Radiographer to join our team at Queensland Health, delivering a routine imaging service within the Department of Medical Imaging. As a key member of our team, you will work towards a full scope of x-ray examinations, developing your clinical practice, knowledge, and expertise through teamwork and active learning.
About YouWe are looking for a candidate who can carry out the following key responsibilities:
- Deliver a routine general medical imaging service under regular supervision from more senior Radiographers and/or Radiologists.
- Provide a patient-focused imaging service that is professional and timely.
- Develop clinical practice, knowledge, and expertise through teamwork and active learning by engaging in medical imaging departmental activities that include professional development and quality and safety initiatives.
- Provide clinical practice supervision and education to student radiographers, work experience students, and other medical imaging practitioners to ensure the maintenance of professional clinical standards within medical imaging.
