We are seeking a skilled and motivated Radiographer to join our Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (Cath Lab) team at one of Brisbane's leading hospitals.
Key Responsibilities- Perform a variety of radiographic procedures within the Cardiac Cath Lab setting, including angiography, angioplasty, and cardiac catheterization.
- Operate and maintain specialized imaging equipment with precision and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with cardiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
- Uphold the highest standards of safety and infection control protocols.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Medical Imaging/Radiography.
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Proven experience in cardiac imaging, preferably within a Cath Lab environment.
- Strong understanding of cardiac anatomy and physiology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environment.
