We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team in a key infrastructure role. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about information technology and delivering exceptional customer service.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting an enterprise environment to ensure continuous availability of services for our global support offices, warehouses, and extensive network of stores across Australia, New Zealand, and Asia. This is a hands-on position that requires a self-motivated individual who can work independently and consistently uphold the values of our organisation.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing and maintaining systems and services managed by the infrastructure support team.
  • Producing appropriate infrastructure designs and technical specifications in line with defined processes to support the development of new and improved systems.
  • Coordinating the execution of projects tasks with support from Technical Leads and Project Managers.
  • Providing technical expertise for core infrastructure, including but not limited to: cloud platforms, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and remote desktop services.
  • Conducting training and mentoring programs to junior team members along with ensuring documentation is accurate and well maintained.
  • Delivering weekly system reports to the infrastructure manager.
  • Adhering to infrastructure policies and processes, identifying potential risks within the IT environment, and reporting accordingly.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3+ years' experience supporting cloud infrastructure solutions, integrations, and migrations.
  • A minimum of 5+ years' experience working with Microsoft enterprise environments, supporting core systems such as M365, Azure AD, SCCM/InTune, and Active Directory.
  • A minimum of 5+ years' experience supporting virtualization environments, patching and security systems, and backup and SAN storage solutions.
  • Excellent time and priority management skills, investigative skills to identify and solve complex problems, and the ability to translate technical issues into understandable business language for end-users.
