Category Management Opportunity

ResMed is seeking an experienced Category Manager to lead the development and execution of our global category strategy for Professional Services, HR, Travel, and Contingent Labour. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape our procurement strategy, build strategic supplier relationships, and deliver cost optimisation outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute category strategies that align with business priorities
  • Manage the Contingent Labour Program, including sourcing, commercial negotiations, and program optimization
  • Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships, ensuring strong governance and value creation

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of procurement leadership experience with deep expertise in Professional Services, HR, Travel, and Contingent Labour
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering cost savings, driving supplier performance, and optimising sourcing strategies
  • Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing, category management, and procurement best practices with global exposure
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills across diverse functions and geographies
