Senior Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist to lead the development of strategic partnerships and negotiation of contracts.
- Foster collaboration with internal stakeholders to understand business needs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and drive procurement efficiency.
- Analyze market trends, evaluate vendor performance, and develop competitive sourcing strategies to maximize value for our organization.
This role requires expertise in contract management, vendor relationship building, and supply chain optimization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to navigate complex contracts, and provide recommendations to senior leaders on procurement initiatives.
About the Role:This position is responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies that align with our organizational goals. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, implement process changes, and measure results.
Key responsibilities include:
- Sourcing and contracting: Identify, assess, and negotiate contracts with vendors to meet business needs.
- Category management: Develop and execute category strategies to drive cost savings, improve quality, and increase supplier diversity.
- Vendor management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors to ensure smooth execution of contracts.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving procurement excellence, be highly analytical, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
