- Provide top-notch customer service and collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, builders, and electricians.

**Essential Tasks:**

- Complete pre-install requirements and administrative duties
- Ensure necessary materials are available and prepared
- Confirm installation dates and times with venues
- Prepare vehicles with required tools and materials
- Perform equipment upgrades, modifications, and game conversions
- Work closely with teams for installations, removals, and relocations
- Update activities in our CRM system
- Exceed customer expectations through outstanding service.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

- Be a trustworthy, self-motivated individual with a logical approach
- Enjoy interacting with customers and building strong relationships
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team
- Practical problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Interest in gaming machines an advantage
- Full driving license required
