Role Overview:

The Project Delivery Coordinator will manage day-to-day operations for the Cloud Horizon Project by planning, scheduling, and coordinating technical changes and releases for a team of multi-disciplinary resources. This includes working closely with the Project Manager to ensure the day-to-day delivery of project activities using established Agile frameworks and tools.

  • Manage ITIL records for project release and change activities using TMR standard templates, processes, and tools.
  • Track project activities and progress, determining the impacts on the migration schedule and enacting changes where necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Release Management - Lead the assessment, analysis, planning, and design of release packages, including risk assessment. Liaise with business and technology teams on release scheduling and communication of progress. Conduct post-release reviews to ensure that release processes and procedures are applied and that releases can be rolled back as needed.
  • Change Control - Develop, document, and implement changes based on requests for change. Apply change control procedures to manage and report on change requests.
  • Knowledge Management - Organize knowledge assets and oversee the life cycle of identifying, capturing, classifying, storing, and maintaining assets. Facilitate sharing, collaboration, and communication of knowledge. Implement specific knowledge management initiatives to monitor the use and impact of knowledge.
  • Stakeholder Relationship Management - Identify the communications and relationship needs of stakeholder groups. Translate communications/stakeholder engagement strategies into specific activities and deliverables. Facilitate open communication and discussion between stakeholders, acting as a single point of contact by developing, maintaining, and working to stakeholder engagement strategies and plans. Provide informed feedback to assess and promote understanding, facilitating business decision-making processes and capturing and disseminating technical and business information.

Requirements:

  • Variety of experience in both public and private sectors is highly desirable.
