As a Training Administrator, you'll play a vital role in our Personnel Logistics team, ensuring a seamless onboarding and mobilisation process for our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with site representatives and the recruitment team to provide a high-quality onboarding experience.
  • Organise flights, accommodation, training, and inductions to ensure all candidates are compliant prior to mobilisation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate information and correspondence.
  • Report to effectively manage compliance.
  • Monitor Training Needs Analysis and Compliance audits for the Division as required.
  • Assist with payroll queries and leave requests.

  • Excellent administration skills with a high level of organisation.
  • The ability to prioritise workload and produce work of a high standard.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levels.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as within a collaborative team environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
