Training Coordinator

As a Training Administrator, you'll play a vital role in our Personnel Logistics team, ensuring a seamless onboarding and mobilisation process for our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with site representatives and the recruitment team to provide a high-quality onboarding experience.
- Organise flights, accommodation, training, and inductions to ensure all candidates are compliant prior to mobilisation.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
- Prepare and maintain accurate information and correspondence.
- Report to effectively manage compliance.
- Monitor Training Needs Analysis and Compliance audits for the Division as required.
- Assist with payroll queries and leave requests.

- Excellent administration skills with a high level of organisation.
- The ability to prioritise workload and produce work of a high standard.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levels.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as within a collaborative team environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
