About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Culture and Inclusion Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role plays a pivotal part in shaping an inclusive, values-led culture that empowers and supports our educators and teams.

Job Description

The successful candidate will provide expert advice on award interpretation and employment relations issues, ensuring compliance with relevant industrial instruments. They will also support the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies, procedures, and practices across the organisation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert advice on award interpretation and employment relations issues
  • Supporting the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and practices
  • Collaborating with the People & Culture Manager to resolve conflicts and implement mediation processes
  • Sourcing and coordinating recruitment and talent acquisition processes
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess relevant qualifications in Human Resources or Business Administration, and have experience in a wide range of Human Resources functions, including ER/IR, performance management, and WHS. A thorough understanding of industrial relations, awards, and relevant employment legislation is essential.

They will be passionate about people, culture, and creating a supportive work environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to prioritise tasks, problem-solve, and work collaboratively is also essential.
