Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Administration Officer to join our team in a dynamic role that offers variety and challenges.

About the Role:

The Administration Officer will support Head of Departments and Trainers in managing and supporting students throughout their training journey.

  • Process student enrolments, assessments, attendance, training notices, and completions
  • Respond to phone and email enquiries in a timely manner

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are committed to delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements:
  • Experience with Student Management Systems (SMS)
