Public Law Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic junior solicitor to join our Canberra Public Law team.

About the Role:
  • Provide high-quality legal advice and litigation services to top-tier government clients.
  • Draft administrative decisions in various statutory schemes, defend merits review and judicial review applications, and advise on FOI and privacy issues.
  • Conduct administrative inquiries and participate in secondments with select clients.
About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have a genuine interest in public law and advocacy. Pre-existing commonwealth experience is desirable. You must also be able to hold a baseline security clearance.
