We are seeking a highly skilled IT Business Systems Solutions Expert to join our team on a full-time basis, working on-site in Melbourne CBD. Reporting to the Business Systems Team Lead, this role involves providing expert analysis services and advisory support on complex data platform issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed Epic and Jira Stories aligned with use cases and requirements.
  • Analyze existing use case documents to develop stories for new system development.
  • Organize journey walk-throughs of stories and map stories to Acceptance Criteria to ensure comprehensive coverage.
  • Document technical specifications.
  • Develop a technical roadmap from the current state to the desired state.
  • Demonstrate expertise in translating complex business requirements into product requirements/user stories.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT preferred.
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and process mapping.
  • Expertise in writing – business and functional.
  • Project Management experience would be viewed favorably.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Estimated Salary: AU$80,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This figure is based on industry standards and location factors.
