At Brennan IT, we're committed to delivering exceptional services that empower our clients to succeed. As an experienced Senior Systems Engineer (IT Services Engineer) in our IT Services team, you'll play a vital role in supporting client IT environments and providing expert technical advice.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled IT professional to join our team in Melbourne and contribute to the growth of our business. As a Senior Systems Engineer, you'll be responsible for assisting clients with high levels of customer service, communicating effectively with customers to identify IT pain points, and providing solutions to problems in a clear and concise manner.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional support to clients through proactive communication and issue resolution.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their IT needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Maintain ownership of incidents and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify areas for improvement within client environments and propose innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with senior consultants and account management staff to ensure effective management of client relationships.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in an MSP-type role, providing a wide range of support.
  • Solid understanding of various IT technologies, including servers, virtualization, networking, MDM, and cloud platforms.
  • High-level knowledge of networking, server, and virtualization concepts.
  • Implementation and troubleshooting experience of cloud-based hosted platforms, IaaS, and MDM platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop trusted relationships with clients.
