Job Summary

The Project Officer Employer Account role is responsible for supporting the Employer Engagement Team in delivering efficient and effective operations of high-quality services across all areas of MAX Solutions nationally.

This position involves servicing national account employers, including validating placements, managing wage subsidies, and tracking placements to outcome. The Project Officer will also contribute to daily tasks and overall risk mitigation for the broader organisation.

Key responsibilities include conducting de-brief sessions with managers and staff, assisting with help desk functions, and promoting MAX Solutions services. The Project Officer will also be responsible for approval of wage subsidy agreements and payments.
