Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Professional Lead to join our team in Broome on a permanent full-time basis.

This role offers the opportunity to lead a dedicated team and be accountable for the safe delivery of quality evidence-based clinical practice to clients in their area. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring effective resource coordination, competency development, and performance management within the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing team and ensure effective clinical service delivery
  • Manage resources, coordinate logistics, and maintain a high level of competence within the team
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance client outcomes and satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records, monitor performance indicators, and provide regular progress reports
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives
Requirements
  • A current Registered Nurse AHPRA registration with zero notations and/or conditions
  • A current Working with Childrens Check
  • Demonstrated experience in leading teams, coordinating resources, and promoting quality improvement initiatives
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Ability to make informed decisions, solve problems, and adapt to changing situations
