Site Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking experienced leaders to join our team and contribute to the success of our Melbourne daycare sites.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in site-based operations and a passion for animal care.

  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team
  • Manage daily operations, including customer service, bookings, and facility maintenance
  • Ensure the wellbeing, safety, and enrichment of dogs in our care
  • Maintain and enhance our online presence
  • Address animal health concerns and maintain high hygiene standards
  • Handle administrative tasks such as inventory management and staff training

To succeed in this role, you will require strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About You
  • Proven leadership experience in site-based operations
  • Previous paid animal care experience is highly regarded
  • Strong communication skills and passion for customer service
  • Experience in staff management, training, and mentoring
  • Confidence in problem-solving and managing day-to-day challenges
  • Passion for working with animals and ensuring their safety and wellbeing
  • Ability to work in a team environment and remain calm under pressure
