Onboarding and Training Coordinator

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Onboarding and Training Coordinator to support the delivery of onboarding and initial training programs. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and driving employee retention.

About the Role:
Coordinate onboarding activities and training programs to ensure timely completion. Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
