- Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging training programs to drive early adoption and confident usage of our platform.
- Promote the features and benefits of our platform to existing partners to support growth and deepen engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistent, high-quality training content and delivery.
- Own the upkeep of content across the Partner and Client Help Centres.
- Partner with the development team to report bugs, resolve issues, and contribute to continuous improvements in user experience.
- Liaise with product managers and other stakeholders to feed partner insights into product enhancements and future roadmap planning.
- 3+ years' experience delivering technical training or education, ideally within accounting or financial planning software.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
- Collaborative team player who actively shares knowledge and supports others.
- Self-motivated and intuitive problem solver with excellent time management and organisational abilities.
- Comfortable working independently while also thriving in a collaborative environment.
