Onboarding Specialist Role Overview

At our company, we're committed to providing a seamless onboarding experience for hospitality suppliers. This role is crucial in ensuring that suppliers are set up for success from the initial setup to full adoption.

  • End-to-End Onboarding: Guide suppliers through the onboarding process, identifying and addressing potential challenges along the way.
  • Project Management & Training: Manage onboarding projects, develop training programs, and deliver training that empowers suppliers to use our platform confidently.
  • Problem-Solving & Process Improvements: Identify common customer pain points and develop solutions to enhance the onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities

As an Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Customer Collaboration: Work closely with suppliers to gather requirements, ensuring that our platform meets their needs.
  • Solution Design: Translate requirements into actionable onboarding plans, including high-level solution designs and system configurations.
  • Testing & Troubleshooting: Participate in testing and manage technical escalations through to resolution, working closely with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Project Tracking & Reporting: Maintain project plans with clear tasks, milestones, and timelines, ensuring smooth execution.
Requirements & Qualifications

We're looking for a highly motivated individual with:

  • Implementation Experience: 2-4 years of experience in an implementation, onboarding, or project management role (ideally within SaaS, tech, or hospitality industries).
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to establish clear project goals and timelines, ensuring successful delivery.
  • Process Optimisation: Experience in process optimisation and best practices, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Proactive, can-do attitude with a knack for problem-solving and influencing outcomes.
