Job Title: Customer Service Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Operations Coordinator to join our team at Local Government Appointments NSW.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimise the daily operations of the Customer Service Centres, Contact Centre and Libraries.
  • Drive our commitment to delivering exceptional customer service to both the community and team members.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Working Arrangements:

  • 35 hours per week, on site, open to discussion for hybrid arrangements.
  • Accommodation and travel costs will be reimbursed.
