We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Pool Attendant to join our team at Belgravia Leisure. As a key member of our aquatic operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our patrons.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all patrons.
- Conduct regular pool inspections to identify and address any potential hazards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in water safety and pool operations.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a strong commitment to customer service excellence.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment and demonstrate a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
- Current First Aid (Level 2) and Current CPR Certificate.
- Blue Card: National Police Check and Working with Children's Check.
- Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate.
