  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, particularly around packaging areas, to ensure smooth operations.
  • Comply with all workplace health and safety protocols to prevent accidents.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and achieve collective goals.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge in product packaging and handling.
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory for this position.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or packaging is desirable but not required; on-the-job training will be provided.
  • Basic math skills are necessary for counting, sorting, and recording quantities accurately.
  • The ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently is crucial for success in this role.
  • Physical stamina is necessary to lift and move heavy items repeatedly throughout the day.
