About the Role

This is a key position within the Operations Finance team at AXR, reporting to the Operations Finance Manager and working closely with the Head of Commercial. The successful candidate will be a true business partner to operational stakeholders across an iconic brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with operational stakeholders to shape performance and behaviours
  • Report on weekly and monthly performance of manufacturing, including important variance analysis
  • Deliver accurate costings to the business in a timely manner to support business cases
  • Forecast manufacturing requirements to influence cost management
  • Support annual budget from a manufacturing operations and product cost lens
  • Maintain BOMs (Bills of material) and set up new BOMs for new products

Requirements

  • Prior Analyst or Cost Accountant experience in an FMCG or manufacturing environment
  • CA or CPA qualification
  • Confident user of Excel
  • Strong communication and self-starter
