Retail Store Leadership Position

As a key member of the PETstock Retail Pty Ltd team, you will be responsible for leading by example and mentoring your team to achieve exceptional customer service and sales results.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar store leadership role and a proven track record of driving sales and building a high-performing team.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Store Manager in coaching the team to achieve sales targets and develop their knowledge and skills
  • Leading from the front and providing an exceptional customer experience
  • Ensuring the safety of the store, team members, and customers by maintaining a safe work environment
  • Supporting the Store Manager in stock management and visual merchandising
  • Recruiting, onboarding, and inducting high-calibre new team members
