Job Title: Data Privacy Specialist

Nine's Enterprise team drives commercial growth and deeper engagement with data-driven solutions.

  • Implement Governance: Implement and maintain AI and data governance frameworks.
  • Champion Data Integrity: Support the management of key data assets, ensuring quality and integrity are fit for purpose.
  • Drive Privacy Compliance: Conduct Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) for new projects, meeting obligations under the Privacy Act and APPs.
  • Manage Risk: Identify and mitigate risks associated with data privacy and AI use.
  • Collaborate and Educate: Partner with teams to embed a 'Privacy-by-Design' culture and contribute to training programs.

We seek a professional with 3-5 years of experience in data privacy, data governance, or technology risk. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and APPs, as well as hands-on experience conducting PIAs.
