Business Improvement Consultant

Transform customer and employee experiences by working closely with stakeholders to design and implement business improvement initiatives. Develop specifications of business rules necessary to support business modelling and liaise with technical staff to ensure seamless integration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consult with clients, stakeholders, and end users to understand their needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Support the implementation lifecycle, including user acceptance testing, change readiness, and go-live activities.
  • Analyse business data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement, using data visualisation and analytics tools to support evidence-based decision making.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to co-design solutions that improve experience and operational outcomes.
  • Manage the resolution of business-related issues, including researching policy, developing options, and providing recommendations.

In addition to the above responsibilities, you will also be required to work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve business objectives and drive process improvements.
