  • Business Leadership: Successful track record running your own business or excelling as a GM, COO, or CEO in a small to medium-sized organization.
  • Management Skills: Hands-on experience with people management, systems, processes, and business operations.
  • Financial Literacy: Strong commercial acumen to interpret financial statements and drive bottom-line improvements.
