Job Overview


You will be working with a high-performing team of engineers who are passionate about pushing the boundaries of software engineering. As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead and develop a team of up to 10 engineers, fostering a growth mindset and innovative ways of working.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and develop a team of up to 10 engineers, promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Define strategic technology direction for the team, overseeing design and delivery of high-quality, secure software.
• Mentor engineers, promote open communication, and create an inclusive and trusted team culture.

Required Skills and Qualifications
• Passionate, technically strong, and experienced in leading and developing teams of engineers.
• Solid experience driving software strategies from solution design to delivery.
• Knowledge of large-scale distributed systems, microservices, and cloud technology.
• Experience with DevSecOps tooling, including CI/CD pipelines and observability tools.

Tech Skills
• Expertise in programming languages such as C#, .NET, Python, or Java.
• Cloud knowledge in AWS or Azure.
• Familiarity with Gen AI is beneficial.
